TTT (Train The Teachers)




TEACHERS’ TRAINING
MODULE 1
PERSONALITY TRAITS
This involves identification of various personality traits, through a series of Behavioral Tests
Once the various types of Personality traits are identified, the whole year training will be done on the basis of research.
MODULE 2
PLATFORM DEVELOPMENT/ ENHANCEMENT OF INTERPERSONAL SKILLS
Development of the platform for the participants as learners. The teachers are shifted from the teaching mode to the learning mode, and eventually the teachers have to be converted into facilitators.
MODULE 3
TEAM BUILDING
A sense of oneness and interdependence to be developed among the teachers and staff. This will help in motivation and enhancement of overall productivity thru team building.
MODULE 4
EMOTIONAL QOUTIENT- I
This program on emotional intelligence forms a strong base for the next modules.
MODULE 5
HANDLING DIFFICULT STUDENTS
This will involve some case studies and help the teachers to tackle difficult situations arising because of some difficult students.
MODULE 6
DEVELOPMENT OF ACTIVITY BASED TEACHING
This will involve a great amount of brain storming and skill development, conducted by an expert.
The outputs of the brain storming sessions be developed as individual or group projects, by the teachers.
The methods of activity based teaching, developed along with the teachers will be implemented by the teachers practically in class, and the changes observed will be discussed in the review of the projects.
The review will be done by the team of trainers.
MODULE 7
EMOTIONAL QUOTIENT II
This is the higher level of emotional intelligence which will help the participants to actually stand together strongly and enhance the productivity of the organization as a whole. This will guide them to recognize their strengths and develop those strengths into highly productive skills.
MODULE 8
TIME MANAGEMENT
How to tackle the highly busy schedules and set the priorities.
Use of TM Matrix
Goal setting
MODULE 9
REVIEW OF THE PRACTICAL IMPLEMENTATION OF THE PROJECT
